Position Summary
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for learning new technologies and delivering high-quality software. Working in a multidisciplinary agile development team, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development in software engineering.
Essential Duties
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on J2EE, REST, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Treat Unit Testing as an integral part of software development.
- Collaborate within an agile development environment.
- Work with development tools such as GIT, Maven, Nexus, Gradle, JIRA, and Subversion.
- Engage in problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Application Development.
- Strong analytical, accurate, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in an international agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of database concepts is a plus.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python is a plus.
