Role Overview:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining developer tools that ensure seamless and reliable product delivery. You will work on tools that help developers comply with JSOX requirements, accessibility (a11y) best practices, and security vulnerability remediation. Additionally, you will explore AI automation to reduce manual workload.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Technical Development:

Define, design, and build systems to automate developer compliance tasks.

Architect and validate new solutions through prototyping or enhancement of existing tools.

Improve code performance and resource utilization.
✅ Team & Collaboration:

Act as a key technical leader with an in-depth understanding of our products and their interaction with other systems.

Participate in code and design reviews across multiple teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Mentor and guide other software engineers.
✅ Strategic Involvement:

Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

Implement AI-driven automation to reduce developer workload.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
-
5+ years of experience in software engineering, handling scalable and complex systems.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer fundamentals.

Experience in developer tools and large-scale system development.
-
Ownership mindset with accountability in both technical and product domains.

Experience working with Managed Services, AI automation, and security compliance.
