We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Software Support Executive to assist clients and projects with our Software & Apps. You will serve as the company's face, ensuring customer satisfaction and support.
✔ Develop a service & support plan prioritizing customer satisfaction.
✔ Conduct research to identify customer needs.
✔ Meet with customers and internal teams to discuss software usage.
✔ Promote company products & services, addressing customer goals.
✔ Keep track of support tasks, assigned work, and other details.
✔ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
✔ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
✔ Install multiple software on the client side through remote access or visits.
✅ Proven experience as a Software Support Executive or a similar role.
✅ Knowledge of customer service and software applications.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and Software/Apps.
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others.
✅ Effective time management and planning skills.
✅ Ability to create flow diagrams for software processes.
