This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a strong understanding of the travel industry, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and clients from US/UK markets.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Offer flight tickets, vacation packages, hotel bookings, and travel-related services.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM systems.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on travel regulations, airline policies, and promotional offers.
