This pivotal role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in HVAC sales engineering and a deep understanding of the regional market. As a key team member, you will play a significant role in driving sales growth, strengthening our brand presence, and building long-term client relationships.

At FabricAir, we have been revolutionizing ventilation solutions for over 50 years. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, deliver compelling technical presentations, and negotiate contracts will be instrumental in reinforcing our industry leadership.


Your Role & Impact

As our Senior Sales Engineer for Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, your primary mission will be to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company’s goals and market demands.

You will act as a local Business Developer, actively educating stakeholders and promoting FabricAir’s innovative solutions. Your focus will be to increase sales by collaborating closely with:
Architects
Consulting Engineers
MEP/HVAC Contractors
Facility Owners

A hunter mentality and a competitive drive will be essential in identifying and securing new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

???? Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of FabricAir products and solutions.
  • Visit end clients, MEP/HVAC consultants, and contractors to promote FabricAir fabric ducting solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects effectively to improve conversion rates.
  • Generate sales revenue in alignment with set targets.

???? Technical Expertise & Support:

  • Utilize AutoCAD for duct layout understanding and technical support.
  • Apply basic heat load calculations for project planning.

???? Market & CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM system (Pipedrive) for efficient lead tracking and reporting.
  • Stay informed about HVAC industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the line manager.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a passionate, results-driven professional with strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills. You have a sharp problem-solving ability, can spot and address customer needs, and maintain high standards in every project.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably within related industries.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for duct layout understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of heat load calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
  • Well-established network of potential clients in the region.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
