Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Delhi, Delhi (Remote)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift


Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. This role also involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and guiding junior team members to achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and offer tailored property solutions.

  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth contract execution.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and train junior sales representatives, offering guidance and support.

  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to presentations.

Market Knowledge and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

  • Analyze sales data and market performance to identify improvement areas.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly with high-value transactions.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

    • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
