We are looking for a Senior Software Integration Engineer / Automation Specialist to enhance and automate our operations through system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ System Integration & Automation

Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.

Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Webhooks.

Integrate platforms including RingCentral, Lead Docket, and CallRail for seamless lead tracking and communication.

Design and implement secure and scalable API integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues for smooth operations.
✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work with business teams to understand needs and define integration requirements.

Optimize workflows and improve communication across platforms.

Provide technical solutions in non-technical terms for stakeholders.
✅ AI Integration & Future Scalability

Plan and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., call transcription and scoring).

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve lead management.
✅ Testing & Maintenance

Conduct regular tests to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Monitor and maintain integrations for scalability and business growth.
✅ Documentation & Process Optimization

Develop and maintain process maps and automation blueprints.

Document workflows and technical procedures for future scalability.
Required Tools & Technologies

Programming Languages: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby

Automation Tools: Zapier, Make.com, Webhooks, API development

Platforms: Filevine, Lead Docket, RingCentral, CallRail, Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Email)

Qualifications
