Deliver excellent in-store customer service to maximize satisfaction.

Help customers locate products and offer suitable recommendations.

Explain features and benefits of products confidently and convincingly.

Handle customer complaints with professionalism.

Suggest add-on products and drive upselling.

Meet sales targets, generate traffic, and enhance store profitability.

Handle store operations, maintain reports, and manage budgets.
Requirements:
???? For Store Manager:

Must have prior store manager experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Diploma
???? For Customer Relationship Executive:

Should be presentable, confident, and persuasive

Must speak the local language fluently

Experience in retail sales is mandatory

Minimum Qualification: 10+2
