???? Job Summary:
We’re looking for a female candidate with a passion for customer service and a background in store sales or retail. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring flexibility in schedule, including weekends.
???? Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-level concierge and reception service to clients
-
Perform daily studio tasks: class check-ins, maintaining luxury studio standards, assisting with package selection
-
Support instructors and collaborate with the studio team
-
Train and coach new client service team hires as needed
-
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for retail operations
-
Ensure brand standards in studio appearance, client interaction, and culture
-
Contribute to sales goals and achieve predetermined revenue targets
✅ Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Store Sales / Retail Sales / Store Operations

Comfortable working 6 days/week, including weekends or holidays

Flexible with scheduling: early mornings, evenings, weekends

Strong customer service and sales skills
-
Passion for fitness and wellness

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficient with computer tools and POS systems

Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team
