This role is within the Local Systems Team (EMEA) and is crucial in supporting applications and services that drive the media business in local markets.


Job Responsibilities

Business Application Support

  • Use Office 365, Kanban, Jira, and ticket systems to support business applications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for various applications.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support for new application releases.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and build end-user training materials.

Project Support & Implementation

  • Assist project teams with best practices, system configurations, client guidelines, and follow-ups.
  • Support the implementation of new sites, applications, and dashboards.
  • Ensure high product standards during setup and deployment.

User Support & Maintenance

  • Become an expert user of local market applications.
  • Provide client service to users by troubleshooting and finding solutions.
  • Analyze issues and escalate them to the appropriate global support team if necessary.
  • Maintain issue tracking and communication with users regarding resolution status.

Testing & Documentation

  • Test and evaluate new software releases.
  • Guide business users through testing and adoption.
  • Provide training, end-user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-sharing content.
  • Contribute to the end-user support portal to improve self-service resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, MS PowerApps, and MS Flow.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of development tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT products and systems.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-service focus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
