Summary
You will enjoy the opportunity to interact with clients and learn about their business processes. This exciting position absolutely requires excellent communication skills. You will have an opportunity to learn about various Synactive solutions, SAP R/3 and its various other technologies.
You will be a part of a growing internal support team with unique technical expertise in Synactive solutions. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with product and solution support.
Primary Responsibilities
Assisting Clients:
- Provide technical support to existing Synactive customers.
- Provide telephone, remote access and/or on-site technical assistance to existing and new customers.
- Must be willing to share off-hours duty with the team to support production systems. Occasional "off-hours" work may be required to assist and support customer systems.
Internal Support:
- Participate in the pre-sales/sales process by preparing and presenting customer prototypes and demonstrations.
- Maintain Issue/Bug tracking system.
- Assist in product/software testing.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional; can be moderate depending on customer issues.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Experience Required:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Nice to have software support experience.
Software Expertise:
- Familiarity with SAP software preferred, but not required.
- Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating System(s).
- Familiarity with scripting languages. Knowledge of JavaScript a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to manage relationships with and expectations of fellow team members and customers
- Ability to manage difficult client / employee situations with facts and clarity to produce successful resolutions to issues
- Must be willing to learn about new technologies
- No H1 sponsorships.
