- Selection:
- RBS sources, creates, and enriches ASINs to drive GMS growth.
- Defect Elimination:
- Identifies and resolves inbound supply chain defects to enhance free cash flow.
- Operational Process Support:
- Bridges gaps in Amazon’s tech stack for seamless retail operations.
The RBS Tech team develops Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) automation to scale complex cognitive tasks, ensuring Amazon’s catalog remains accurate, comprehensive, and optimized for an excellent customer shopping experience.
Job Description – Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage a team of engineers and contribute to building scalable technology platforms for Amazon’s RBS Tech team.

- Lead a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and innovation.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and career development for team members.

- Work closely with ML, AI, and automation teams to improve operational processes.
