We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building scalable tech platforms that support RBS automation initiatives.
✅ Lead a high-performing engineering team to drive innovation

✅ Ensure best engineering practices in design, development, and deployment

✔ Manage & mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence
✔ Drive technical strategy & execution of scalable automation solutions
✔ Partner with product & business teams to translate needs into technology solutions
✔ Ensure high-quality software development through best practices & code reviews
✔ Encourage innovation & automation, reducing manual efforts in retail processes
✔ Lead complex projects, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
???? Required Qualifications & Skills
???? Education & Experience
✔ Graduate or higher engineering degree (CS, IT, or related field)
✔ 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team
✔ 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development
✔ 2+ years of experience working with product & business stakeholders
???? Technical Skills
✔ Proficiency in software development (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
✔ Experience in building scalable tech platforms & automation solutions
✔ Familiarity with Machine Learning & AWS technologies (preferred)
✔ Strong system design & problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent written & verbal communication
✔ Ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams
