Job Overview
We are looking for a Support Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM & ERP systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
???? Customer Support & Issue Resolution
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries via Support Tickets, Calls, and Emails.
✔ Provide customers with product-related information.
✔ Keep track of client issues and follow up for resolution.
???? Documentation & Reporting
✔ Maintain records of support tickets and resolutions.
✔ Prepare reports on issues and solutions for internal review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
???? Education & Experience:
✔ 2-5 years of experience in customer support
✔ Candidates with a technical education background preferred
???? Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Knowledge of CRM & ERP systems
✔ Excellent communication & listening skills
✔ Strong email writing and documentation skills
✔ Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities effectively
✔ Proficiency in computer operations
