About the Role
EnactOn is looking for a Technical Business Developer to drive new business opportunities from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Guru, and Toptal. This role is ideal for individuals who possess both technical knowledge and business acumen, enabling them to communicate effectively with potential clients, understand project requirements, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
???? Lead Generation & Business Development
✔ Identify and evaluate suitable job postings on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
✔ Generate new business leads from Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Guru, Toptal, and similar platforms.
✔ Keep track of competitors and analyze market trends to stay competitive.
✔ Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
???? Client Communication & Relationship Management
✔ Communicate with clients via Zoom/Google Meet to understand project requirements.
✔ Provide project updates and manage client relationships from initial contact to solution delivery.
✔ Effectively present software development capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
???? Collaboration & Strategy
✔ Work closely with the technical team to address complex challenges and develop tailored solutions.
✔ Ensure proposals align with the company’s branding and messaging.
✔ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
✔ Track and report on business development activities, sales targets, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
???? Education & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✔ Certification in sales, business development, or related areas (preferred).

✔ Prior experience as a Software Business Analyst or Technical Business Developer.
✔ Strong persuasive writing skills for creating compelling project proposals.
✔ Experience in negotiating contracts and business deals.
