Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Shift & Schedule: Night shift | Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)

✔ Customer Onboarding & Assistance – Help customers get started with our software-based products, understand their needs, and maximize their product experience.
✔ Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide remote troubleshooting through chat, online meetings, and calls to resolve customer issues efficiently.
✔ Product Expertise & Recommendations – Continuously learn new technologies and suggest better solutions to enhance the customer experience.
✔ Customer Communication & Problem-Solving – Use strong analytical abilities and excellent English skills to provide high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
✅ Experience: 1+ year in a customer support role (Preferred) | Freshers with a technical background can also apply
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
✅ Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software functionalities and IT troubleshooting
✅ Communication: Strong command of English (Written & Spoken) | Any foreign language is a plus
✅ Learning Attitude: Quick learner with a passion for new technologies and problem-solving
