Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Shift & Schedule: Night shift | Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Assistance – Help customers get started with our software-based products, understand their needs, and maximize their product experience.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide remote troubleshooting through chat, online meetings, and calls to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Product Expertise & Recommendations – Continuously learn new technologies and suggest better solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Communication & Problem-Solving – Use strong analytical abilities and excellent English skills to provide high-quality responses to customer inquiries.


Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ year in a customer support role (Preferred) | Freshers with a technical background can also apply
Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software functionalities and IT troubleshooting
Communication: Strong command of English (Written & Spoken) | Any foreign language is a plus
Learning Attitude: Quick learner with a passion for new technologies and problem-solving

Salary & Work Details

???? Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

???? Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work.
