✔ Customer Onboarding & Support
- Help customers get started with our software-based products
- Understand their needs and assist them in maximizing product usage
✔ Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting
- Provide after-sales support via remote troubleshooting, chat assistance & online meetings
- Use basic software knowledge to resolve technical queries efficiently
✔ Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated with new technologies to suggest better solutions
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by resolving complex queries effectively
???? Skills & Qualifications
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
???? Experience:
- 1+ year in customer/technical support (Preferred)
- Freshers with a technical background are encouraged to apply
???? Language Skills:
- English (Required)
- Any foreign language (Preferred)

- Basic understanding of software functionalities
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
