Responsibilities:
-
Prepare scheduled and unscheduled work orders.
-
Coordinate with CAMO for work order issuance within the required timelines.
-
Plan the availability of tools and manpower for desired stations as per the requirements.
-
Coordinate with customers for indents and the positioning of tools and materials.
-
Position tools and materials for defect rectification in consultation with certifying staff.
-
Scrutinize documents and revert to certifying staff for corrections, if any.
-
Receive and dispatch physical copies to appropriate CAMO representation for closures in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
-
Degree: Candidate must have a Diploma/Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 145 Planning Department.
-
Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
-
Ability to leverage systems and processes to accelerate maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and quality systems.
Skills Required:
-
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of a CAR-145 organization.
-
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Committed, result-oriented, with great attention to detail.
-
Knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General Aviation) maintenance planning, forecasting, and packaging.
