About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter at ValGenesis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring process. You will be the face of ValGenesis, working closely with hiring managers and future hires to build strong talent pipelines and create a seamless candidate experience. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while leveraging our Talent Acquisition Tech Stack.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and provide recruitment insights.
- Review and edit job descriptions before posting them via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn.
- Source top technical talent (active & passive candidates) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Conduct video interviews, screen candidates, and maintain detailed notes in the ATS.
- Ensure seamless scheduling of remote and onsite interviews via MS Outlook & Teams.
- Manage candidate communications and extend verbal & written offers via ATS.
✅ Strategic Hiring & Market Insights
- Develop strong talent pipelines for key technical roles such as Technical Architects, Software Engineers, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and more.
- Utilize market data and trends to optimize recruitment strategies for different regions.
- Proactively engage with HR teams to ensure alignment and resolve recruitment bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement & innovation in recruitment processes.
✅ HR Collaboration & Employee Training
- Serve as an HR Champion, promoting process adherence and technology adoption within the team.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on new HR tools and processes.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: 7+ years as a Technical Recruiter (preferably in Tech/SaaS companies).
✔ Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing, hiring, and negotiating for technical roles.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms (Workable, Lever preferred).
✔ Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to manage 15-20 roles simultaneously and own the hiring process.
✔ Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
✔ Target-Driven & Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach with a focus on meeting hiring goals.
✔ Customer Relationship Management: Ability to engage with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
✔ Educational Background: An engineering degree is preferred.
