✔ Handle inbound calls from US & Canada customers regarding computers, printers, and related devices.
✔ Provide remote client support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
✔ Convert customer interactions into leads or sales.
✔ Explain problems and resolutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
✔ Perform troubleshooting on hardware/software issues (printers, computers, etc.).
