Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for a Technical Sales process. This is a genuine IT support process offering a secure work environment, attractive incentive plans, and opportunities to enhance your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on inbound calls related to computers, printers, and related devices (US & Canada customers)

Diagnose and resolve customer issues while delivering a great customer experience

Explain the problem and resolution to customers and convert inquiries into leads or sales

Ensure timely responses to all customer queries
Requirements:

Experience:
-
6 months to 2 years in international technical sales
-
Prior exposure to tech sales for products like printers, Roku, Norton, QuickBooks is mandatory

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Professional and telephonic etiquette

Critical thinking under pressure

Must be punctual and reliable

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred

Technical Setup: Must have a laptop and stable WiFi connection
