Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification:

???? Freshers: BCA / BE / MCA graduates
???? Experience: 0 - 1 Year

Skills Required:

✅ Excellent English communication (Hindi preferred)
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ Ability to multi-task & troubleshoot technical issues
Logical approach to problem-solving
✅ Basic PC hardware & software knowledge


Key Responsibilities

???? Identify & research solutions to software and hardware issues.
???? Diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
???? Guide customers through problem-solving steps via phone, email, or chat.
???? Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., software developers).
???? Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
???? Log issues & maintain records in the database.
???? Ensure follow-ups with clients to confirm full system functionality.
???? Prioritize & manage multiple cases simultaneously.


Training & Onboarding

???? Training Period: 1 month (provided by the client)
???? Training Requirement: Candidates must attend regularly and clear the assessment to be onboarded in January 2025.
???? Selection for Training: Based on the client’s evaluation.
