About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide Tier II level technical support, addressing hardware and software issues. You will assist and train users, ensuring they effectively utilize software applications while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role requires a high level of problem-solving skills and the ability to document issues efficiently in a ticketing system.


Responsibilities

✔ Provide Tier II technical support for hardware and software issues
✔ Assist & train non-technical users in software utilization
✔ Foster strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
✔ Create & maintain an application-focused knowledge base
✔ Accurately document customer issues in the ticketing system
Diagnose user issues within applications
✔ Handle customer escalations & concerns effectively
✔ Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and research to improve response to support cases
✔ Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through ongoing learning & training
✔ Provide consultation on best practices for Madison Logic products


Required Skills & Qualifications

University degree + 5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer
1+ year experience with AWS services & tools
1+ year experience with technical application systems
Demonstrated knowledge of database architecture & systems configuration
Working knowledge of SQL
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
