As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing an excellent support experience for customers globally.


???? Job Responsibilities

Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer technical issues.
✔ Provide technical support via phone, email, or web.
✔ Use best practices for collaboration and troubleshooting.
✔ Identify and escalate critical technical or strategic issues.
✔ Maintain incident management requests and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
✔ Contribute to automation and self-help assets for improved customer experience.
✔ Provide technical coaching and mentoring to the team.
✔ Participate in community development and knowledge sharing.


???? Job Qualifications

???? Required Skills

7+ years of prior technical support experience (customer-facing).
✅ Experience in Azure Technical Support or equivalent cloud technologies.
✅ Strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, ADFS, SSO, O365 Identity, Azure MFA.
✅ Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 1000+ users.
✅ Proficiency in Windows System Administration, Networking, Virtualization, PowerShell scripting.
✅ Hands-on experience in Azure Identity Management & Security.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

???? Preferred Skills

Azure 533 certification preferred.
✅ Knowledge of PKI, Authentication protocols, ADFS, O365, Exchange Online.
✅ Experience in load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN, VPN technologies.
✅ Additional certifications in Cisco, Unix, Security (Good-to-have).

Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
