We are looking for passionate individuals committed to customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues, gaining hands-on experience while enhancing your problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage troubleshooting tools.
Lead or participate in knowledge-sharing communities.
Continuously develop technical and professional proficiency through training.
Identify and escalate potential product defects.
Contribute to Microsoft product improvements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field OR
1+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT OR
3+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT (without a degree).
Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience:
5+ years in technical support, consulting, or IT OR
Bachelor’s degree + 1+ year of experience.
Prior experience in a customer support environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with Linux/Windows patching and handling cloud-related alerts.
Good understanding of Linux/Windows OS, Azure Cloud concepts, and cloud/on-prem network infrastructure.
Experience with Windows/Linux performance analysis, patch management, and security updates.
Conceptual knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Security, and Access Control.
Automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Web app development in C# or Java.
ASP.NET, MVC application development or support.
Understanding of databases and query languages.
Containers solutions such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Certifications: AZ-900 & AI-900 (preferred).
DevOps tools and practices, including Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes.
Cloud deployment knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps).
Candidates must meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hiring and every two years thereafter.
