Job Responsibilities:

Response & Resolution:

  • Own and resolve complex technical issues for customers

  • Collaborate across teams and use tools to troubleshoot problems

  • Act as an advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Readiness & Mentoring:

  • Share knowledge through training programs

  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring

  • Deepen your professional and technical skills

Product & Process Improvement:

  • Work with Engineering teams to investigate product bugs

  • Suggest improvements and help develop automation tools


Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 10–18 years of experience in relevant technologies

  • Proven experience in technical support, consulting, or IT administration

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent work experience

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)


Technical Expertise Required:

Core Technologies:

  • Memory Management, Windows Registry, Blue Screen Analysis

  • Windows Shell Configuration & Management

  • Server Hang/Crash, Boot/No-Boot Issues

  • Performance Troubleshooting using PerfMon & Diagnostic Tools

Windows System Administration (Good Understanding Of):

  • Registry, File Storage, User Accounts, Access Control

  • Event Logs, Performance Monitoring, Resource Management

  • TCP/IP Networking Fundamentals


Additional Technical Skills (Desirable):

  • Windows automated installations, profile and update management

  • Kerberos, BitLocker, Remote Desktop Services

  • Clustering, Resilient Storage, Hyper-V and VM deployment

  • Group Policy, DNS, PKI, Remote File Systems (SMB)

  • PowerShell scripting, AD topology, Windows backup, VSS

  • Troubleshooting system hangs/crashes, network tracing

  • Windows Licensing, Activation, and Shell scripting


Security Requirement:

Must pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
