Job Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. Your role involves ensuring optimal client satisfaction through effective communication, troubleshooting, and proactive problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

???? Client Communication & Support
✔ Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
✔ Provide technical support, manage inquiries, and address concerns.
✔ Offer clear updates on client requests and maintain professional relationships.

???? Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting
✔ Diagnose software-related issues and guide clients through solutions.
✔ Escalate and coordinate complex issues with relevant departments.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions.

???? Client Onboarding & Feedback Collection
✔ Facilitate new client onboarding and provide product guidance.
✔ Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality.
✔ Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

???? Reporting & Collaboration
✔ Prepare regular reports on common issues, resolution times, and client satisfaction.
✔ Collaborate with project management to ensure support services align with client expectations.


Requirements & Qualifications

???? Education:
✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) – Preferred Graduate in any field

???? Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or technical support

???? Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (American accent is a plus)
Critical thinking & problem-solving based on analytics
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
Time management & multitasking skills
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
Good listening & probing skills
Attention to detail & data accuracy
Self-motivated & highly reliable
