???? Technical Support & Issue Resolution
✔ Manage and resolve tickets raised by students within 24 hours.
✔ Troubleshoot common user issues related to software functionality, data communication, internet/networking, OS, and browsers.
✔ Provide real-time solutions via calls, emails, SMS, and ticketing systems.
✔ Escalate critical and complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
✔ Maintain ownership of issues until resolution as per SLAs.
???? Customer Interaction & Problem-Solving
✔ Act as the front-line T2 technical contact for students and customers.
✔ Handle outgoing calls to resolve queries efficiently.
✔ Monitor and escalate urgent technical or business issues.
✔ Collaborate with the sales/chat coordinators to ensure smooth issue resolution.
???? Internal Technical Support
✔ Assist with LMS, Google Apps, Zoom, and server/tenant support.
✔ Provide technical support for internal teams when required.
✔ Report to Team Lead daily on status updates and any concerns.
???? Experience:
✔ 2 to 5 years of prior experience in Technical Support & Ticket Handling.
✔ Experience no bar for highly suitable candidates.
???? Technical Knowledge:
✔ Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sites), Zoom (Preferred).
✔ EdTech experience is a plus.
???? Communication & Work Environment:
✔ Fluent English communication (written & spoken).
✔ Comfortable with making outgoing calls for issue resolution.
✔ Willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7 Tech Support).
