As a Client Service Analyst, you will be the first line of support for clients and candidates using our platform. You'll handle technical and functional queries, ensure timely resolution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive satisfaction and improvements.
Address and resolve platform-related queries from clients and candidates.
Track, escalate, and report issues professionally within defined SLAs.
Follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate across departments to address customer needs.
Provide initial troubleshooting and technical support.
Analyze issues and suggest workflow improvements.
Assist with documentation tasks for operations.
Maintain accurate communication logs in Confluence.
Identify upsell opportunities and update management accordingly.
1–2 years of proven experience as a Client Service Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft/Google tools: Excel/Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint/Slides.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional tasks.
Ready to commit minimum 2 years to the organization.
Willing to work on weekends when required.
Background in Computer Engineering or related fields.
Experience with JIRA, CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
Work with cutting-edge technologies: AI, ML, NLP.
