Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Booking Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with booking domestic and international tickets, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with clients to meet their travel needs, offering personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services through our platform.

Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, pricing, and availability.

Resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and airline policies.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Process payments, issue tickets, and ensure accurate recording of booking details.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

Stay informed on new destinations, travel packages, and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service, travel booking, or a related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
