Role Overview:

As a Technology Ops Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, ensuring best practices for delivering services. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective, adhering to existing standards and delivery methods.


???? Key Responsibilities

Technical & Functional Support

✔ Provide technical and functional support for:

  • Sensor Hardware
  • Digital Smart Lockers
  • MagicInfo Devices

✔ Manage day-to-day operations of these workplace technologies via vendor portals.
✔ Identify, implement, and oversee technical and process improvements.
✔ Extract reports and share insights with Team Lead and Manager.
✔ Adhere to operational processes and technical standards.
✔ Execute scheduled operational processes (Password rotations, Account verifications).
✔ Assist teams in accessing relevant hardware platforms for data or dashboard insights.
✔ Implement changes, perform maintenance, and resolve incidents outside business hours if required.
✔ Open vendor tickets with detailed problem descriptions and supporting information.
✔ Coordinate with vendors, workplace & LTS teams for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
✔ Utilize Azure DevOps for agile methodology and work tracking.


???? Required Technical Skills

Primary Skill: Unified Communication & Collaboration Operations
Additional Skill: Workplace Product Support

Workplace Technologies:

  • MagicInfo: Manage video replacement, monitor control, and process customer requests.
  • Sensors: Understand IoT office management and coordinate physical sensor-related tasks (battery changes, gateway resets, etc.).
  • Digital Lockers: Manage Vecos SaaS platform for support, security, and access issues.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong Desktop Support knowledge.
  • Network Troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of IoT architecture and components.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation development.
  • Ability to explain technical issues effectively to non-technical users.
