Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and explain our products.

Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet converted.

Maintain accurate and updated records of customer information in the CRM/database.
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
-
Meet targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-
Fluency in Hindi and English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
-
Previous experience in a Telecalling or similar customer-facing role.
-
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
-
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Must have a laptop, mobile phone, and stable internet connection.
