Salary & Incentives:
???? Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month
???? Monthly Sales Target: ₹2,00,000
???? Incentives: 5% of total sales (e.g., ₹10,000 for ₹2L sales)
???? Incentives Paid: 10th of every month
???? Performance-based salary & incentive hike in 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
???? Make a minimum of 250 calls daily (At least 2.5 hours of talk time)
???? Convert leads into sales through effective communication & follow-ups
???? Explain software solutions & services to potential customers
???? Maintain CRM records & manage customer interactions
???? Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock incentives
Eligibility & Requirements:
✅ Preferred Candidate: Unmarried Women
✅ Age: 22-30 years
✅ Education: Any Graduate
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in Sales/Telecalling
✅ Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Good writing & speaking skills)
