Location: Chembur/Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing soft sales deals over the phone, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for persuasion, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Contact potential customers via telephone to generate leads.

  • Sales Pitching: Deliver a scripted sales pitch to the customer, adjusting the approach to meet individual needs.

  • Eligibility Checks: Effectively check script-based eligibility and create customer profiles.

  • Customer Record Maintenance: Update account information and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Follow-ups: Follow up with potential and existing customers to address inquiries and maximize opportunities.

  • Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to identify strategies for increasing sales and profitability.

  • Stay Updated: Stay current with business information, product features, and targets.

  • Training: Attend sales training sessions and meetings as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele-calling or a similar sales/customer service role (Freshers welcome).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Education: High school diploma required; additional education or certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
