Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to join our remote team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and compensation plans, and driving sales for our e-commerce platform specializing in FMCG, skincare, and beauty care products. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships and converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, especially those seeking work-from-home opportunities, to introduce and promote our products.

Product Presentation: Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and the company’s compensation structure to interested candidates.

Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasive skills.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress. Share feedback and insights with the management team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies, share insights, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
