Telesales Caller – Remote Position
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasive skills to promote our courses, call warm leads, and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our courses.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous calls to ensure customer engagement.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings, features, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
