Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (variable basis – no fixed pay)
Location: Remote (Pan India)
Schedule: Day Shift | Flexible 4-hour shift between 10 AM – 7 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for attending customer calls, resolving merchant queries, and selling our fintech products. If you're good at communication and love solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.

Sell fintech products to potential merchants/customers.

Handle customer queries and escalations efficiently.

Provide excellent customer experience with a problem-solving mindset.
Skills Required

Strong verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.

Basic understanding of fintech services is a plus (training will be provided).

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
