Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Support Executive to handle queries from parents and clients interested in our unique science-themed birthday parties and events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer interaction, lead management, and post-inquiry follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries received via phone, ads, and landing pages

Explain and recommend the most suitable birthday/event packages based on client needs

Follow up with parents who express interest through lead generation campaigns

Coordinate with the customer interaction team for client updates

Maintain and manage client information using CRM systems

Use automation tools and communication software to streamline interactions
Candidate Requirements:

Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or above (Preferred)

Language Proficiency: English (Required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
