Job Title: Dealer Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹5,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
-
Dealer Management:
-
Foster growth with current dealers and identify new dealer partnership opportunities.
-
Assess dealer performance and take necessary actions to phase out underperforming dealers.

Sales Performance:
-
Meet or exceed wholesale and retail sales targets within the designated territory.
-
Prepare and present monthly and yearly sales forecasts for each dealership and the overall territory.
-

Market Analysis:
-
Monitor market trends and provide predictions for strategic planning.
-
Contribute insights for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales programs.
-

Inventory Oversight:
-
Ensure accuracy of dealer inventory and conduct physical inventories as required.

Budget Management:
-
Manage the sales budget and submit weekly expense reports and field trip reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Demonstration Equipment:

Oversee accounts related to demonstration equipment.

Credit Collections:
-
Assist with credit collections as needed.

Trade Shows:
-
Participate in national and regional trade shows when necessary.

Reporting:

Provide additional reports and data as requested by management.

Preferred Industry Experience

Background in machinery manufacturing, such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, and agricultural attachments.
Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or BE/Diploma in Engineering, or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar industry (machinery manufacturing).

1-2 years of experience in database administration.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
