NetCom Learning is looking for a dynamic Training Manager to ensure the highest quality of training delivery and cultivate excellent client and instructor relationships. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, optimizing revenue, and upholding our commitment to exceptional learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:
Deliver world-class training experiences, ensuring optimal satisfaction and effectiveness for all involved parties. -
Client Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and expectations. -
Instructor Relationships:
Act as the liaison between NetCom Learning and instructors, providing feedback and maintaining a positive working environment. -
Revenue Optimization:
Maximize revenue delivery and mitigate any revenue leakage while adhering to organizational processes. -
Feedback and Improvement:
Drive exceptional feedback scores for both personal performance and overall service. Proactively address and resolve any student issues during and after classes. -
Communication:
Maintain clear, transparent, and timely communication with all stakeholders, including instructors, clients, and internal teams. -
Instructor Performance:
Regularly engage with instructors, providing performance feedback and keeping instructor profiles up-to-date in the Instructor Portal. -
Class Management:
Minimize class cancellations by managing trainer availability and effectively anticipating contingencies. -
Trainer Onboarding:
Proactively source and onboard trainers for new capabilities and back-up roles for current courses. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all trainers meet or exceed minimum standards. -
Training Delivery Reports (TDRs):
Efficiently address and resolve all Training Delivery Reports to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:

Fluency in Bengali (Required): Ability to manage training sessions, instructors, and clients effectively in Bengali-speaking regions.

Proven experience in training management within a dynamic IT training environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Deep understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the IT training industry.

Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Familiarity with online training platforms and remote learning tools.
