Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
✔ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling travel packages, flights, and travel-related services.
✔ Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
✔ Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services to existing customers.
2. Travel Product Knowledge:
✔ Stay updated with travel industry trends, products, and services.
✔ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and travel-related services.
3. Administrative Tasks:
✔ Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and relevant data.
✔ Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork:
✔ Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
✔ Share knowledge, best practices, and sales techniques to improve team performance.
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of sales experience in the travel industry (preferred).
✅ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
