Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, specializing in the USA and UK markets. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a results-driven approach, and expertise in digital marketing channels to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✈ Sales & Lead Generation: Convert sales leads for travel packages, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
???? Market Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, airlines, and destinations within the USA and UK.
???? Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
???? Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales KPIs set by the organization.
???? Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
???? Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals.
???? Flexible Availability: Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in travel sales (focused on the USA & UK markets).
✅ Skills:
???? Strong sales and negotiation abilities
???? Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
???? MS Office Suite proficiency
???? Knowledge of PPC, Meta, and GDS systems
???? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
