Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting domestic travel products and services.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages based on their needs.

  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of domestic travel destinations, tours, and travel packages.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the domestic travel market, including new destinations, hotels, airlines, etc.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about itineraries, accommodations, and services.

Booking & Coordination

  • Process customer bookings and reservations, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Provide personalized services and assist customers with post-sales support (e.g., travel documentation, customer concerns).

  • Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance the customer experience.

  • Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.

  • Maintain sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales performance.


Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills
