Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Travel Sales Consultant in the US Travel Sales process. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to assist customers with travel planning, bookings, and customer service, while earning competitive salary and high incentives. The ideal candidate should have experience in US Travel Sales and a solid understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS).


Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Booking & Sales: Assist customers in planning and booking travel based on their needs, including tickets, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

  • GDS Expertise: Work with any GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan) for booking and managing travel reservations.

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls efficiently, converting inquiries into sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiation & Customization: Customize travel plans and negotiate with customers to provide the best options.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve any issues regarding bookings or travel concerns, ensuring smooth processes.

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and meet sales targets.

  • Airline Coordination: Coordinate with airlines to address flight-related concerns.


Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (Inbound Sales - Voice Process).

  • GDS Knowledge: Proficiency in any GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan).

  • Knowledge: Good understanding of city codes, airports, and international travel.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Sales Ability: Comfortable handling calls and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset with a drive for resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
