???? Job Summary
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll craft engaging, user-centered digital experiences that drive real impact in healthcare. You’ll blend visual creativity with technical proficiency and data-driven decision-making to shape exceptional user experiences across Nao Medical's platforms.
???? Roles & Responsibilities

User-Centered Design (UCD): Conduct user research, develop personas, journey maps, and conduct usability testing.

Webflow Development: Build responsive, animated, and interactive layouts without extensive coding.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Visual & Interaction Design: Ensure alignment with brand standards and develop engaging interfaces and transitions.

Front-End Development: Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to implement designs.
-
Data-Driven Design: Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel and optimize accordingly.

Responsive & Adaptive Design: Design for seamless experiences across devices and platforms.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Use Optimizely or similar tools to test and refine UI components.
-
Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems for consistent user interfaces.
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related

Master’s or certifications in UI/UX Design, HCI, or Webflow preferred
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

Front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

Familiarity with Webflow for no-code development

Skilled with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel
-
Experience in A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
-
Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles
Additional Plus:

Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E) for creative UI elements
