Job Description:
As a Home Loan Sales professional, you will be responsible for handling quality leads generated by the company for home loan products. Your role will involve overseeing the entire loan process, from login to disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling & Sales:
Handle quality leads generated by the company and manage the entire process from login to disbursement. -
Customer Assessment:
Conduct an end-to-end customer assessment by visiting their business place, residence, and reviewing the security proposed. -
Product Knowledge & Counseling:
Understand the customer’s needs, explain various home loan products, and provide detailed counseling to convince them about the offerings. -
Documentation & Process Management:
Oversee all home loan documentation, project updates to the customer, and site visits as required. -
Coordination with Financial Institutions:
Provide all necessary documentation (financial, technical, etc.) required by banks or financial institutions. Establish credibility with leading financial institutions. -
CIBIL Report Review:
Check the customer's CIBIL report and ensure all loan requirements are met. -
Negotiation & Closing Sales:
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and pursue the approval process with banks for faster processing.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Sales Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage sales. -
Sales & Marketing Expertise:
Aggressive in sales and marketing with a strong focus on achieving targets. -
Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Must be presentable and proactive

Ability to work in a high-performance sales environment
