Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive fresher to join our US Sales Operations team. You’ll support backend retail operations such as order processing, tracking, payment follow-ups, and coordination with sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and acknowledge wholesale orders

Coordinate dispatches with logistics partners

Track shipments and maintain internal records
-
Generate invoices and follow up on client payments
-
Manage trackers for sales, inventory, and payments
-
Support US sales reps with reports, samples, and commission tracking

Assist in trade show planning and post-event follow-ups

Handle basic customer and sales team queries

Complete vendor forms and maintain updated documentation
Who You Are:

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient with spreadsheets and email communication

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, global brand

Comfortable working with time zone overlaps (US hours)
