Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for our Airline Ticketing Process team. If you enjoy interacting with clients and have an interest in the travel and aviation industry, this is your chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with US-based customers.

Understand client requirements and assist in booking airline tickets.

Learn and use tools like Amadeus for ticketing and reservations.

Provide information on airline routes, fares, and schedules.

Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Who Can Apply:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of calling experience (BPO, telesales, or customer service).

Skills: Strong spoken English communication.

Education: Open to all educational or career backgrounds.

Other Requirements:

Keen interest in the travel/aviation industry and working with clients.

Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
