Job Summary:
We are hiring a Bilingual Travel Sales Consultant (PPC Calls) to manage inbound & outbound sales calls in English & Spanish. The role involves converting leads into bookings, handling flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Convert inbound & outbound calls (English & Spanish) into flight ticket sales.
✔ Handle PPC-generated leads and close deals effectively.
✔ Assist customers with flight changes, refunds, and schedule adjustments.
✔ Coordinate with airlines for refund waivers and fare adjustments.
✔ Maintain excellent customer service & relationship management.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 12+ qualification.
✅ 2+ years of experience in PPC calls & US travel sales.
✅ Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal & written).
✅ Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.
✅ Understanding of international flight fares & geographical codes.
