Marketing Approach:
Our marketing strategy revolves around Education Marketing, which includes:
- SEO, Blogs, eBooks, Resources & Case Studies
- Infographics, Email Marketing, Google & Social Media Ads
- YouTube (long & short format videos), including Instagram
Since content is a key marketing element for us, we are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire marketing team and oversee all campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies for Education Marketing, Video Marketing, and YouTube Channel Growth from scratch.
- Understand the needs of Canadian/American small business owners and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Make quick, strategic decisions and take full responsibility for results.
- Provide weekly reports to the business owner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a marketing team.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Canadian/American small businesses.
- Proven expertise in Education Marketing, Video Marketing, and YouTube Channel Growth.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- Self-aware, confident, dependable, and hungry for growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹5,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum (Based on experience)
